AND THEY SAID I SHOULD BE RECALLED

*AND THEY SAID I SHOULD BE RECALLED*
✍️
Yesterday was remarkable in the lives of the private school managers that participated in the training of our foundation.
✍️
As the leader of the group, I took some reasonable minutes to give a brief lecture on the implications of crisis and the method of our training.
✍️
Due to the pandemic, the forum took place in two halls and each of them had a large number of people in attendance.
✍️
As I was speaking,I never knew that it was the value I was giving in my speech that made all the participants stayed glued to their seats and listening attentively.
✍️
When it was time for me to move to the other hall and speak to those that were waiting for my arrival, I stopped and left the platform. Meanwhile, our roundtable was on, and everyone was happy with the training. We’re dealing with *conflict principle*
✍️
However, after some time, another speaker came, and the host, stopped the ongoing roundtable. Remember I was speaking at the other hall. I didn’t know what was happening.
✍️
The point is, immediately the new speaker began to speak, participants became uncomfortable. They preferred the former one they’re doing.
✍️
At the end of the event, the host called me and said: *Some participants came to me and said that I should call you back to continue with my own lecture, telling me that they said that my points are weightier than that of the new speaker. Please,we shall reorganize this seminar, now that they have seen the difference. Be there when we call on you*
✍️
*”Ever ready we are*” I replied.
✍️
You see, it’s good that you allow value to single you out.
✍️
*However, to have value is one, to communicate it is another thing*
✍️
Some people do not know how to cook soup, but they know how to detect soup that is not delicious. *Some people do not know how to do public speaking, but they become uncomfortable when it’s not done well*
✍️
Master your art, your skills in such a way that you will be recalled after each service.

Think about this
