THE SOURCE OF ALL FRUSTRATIONS

  • *THE SOURCE OF ALL FRUSTRATIONS*
    ✍️
When we attach too much emotion to a situation,we become frustrated. And that will dry our energy to move forward and hinders us from coming up with a measure that can possibly help us in the now.
    ✍️
You see,if the cold in the internal environment of an organism is more than the one outside of it, the organism is more likely to die.
    ✍️
Our country Nigeria already has created unfavorable situations in different areas of her life, and this is affecting businesses of all kinds,if you attach too much emotion to these realities, you will die prematurely.
    ✍️
So, how do you operate in a frustrated economy?
And my answer is this: *be open to change, and willing to re-learn*. Humans are not like computers that are programmed, they are reasonable.
    ✍️
To be honest with you, as a writer, whose book is in use for Junior WEAC state-wide, the closure of school affected me greatly,as I am yet to eat the fruit of my labor. However, life must move on, situations notwithstanding.
    ✍️
Here are some of the things I do that keep me going this period:
    👉 Teaching,both online and offline
👉I paid and acquired internet skills such as: *3D Animation,Facebook Advertising and Graphic design* . This has helped me a lot as I am teaching it to others.Etc *You, what new thing are you doing?*
    ✍️
You see,we become more frustrated when we give more attention to our external situations than to our abilities. Remember, when we complain often,we have more things to complain about. *Hence anything you give attention to increases*.
    ✍️
If you want, I can teach you those skills but don’t come empty-handed.
    ✍️
Let’s not add salt to injury. Refuse to behave like an Idiot because someone called you an Idiot. Refuse to be frustrated because the country implies so.
    ✍️
In the light of the above therefore, *remove the emotional attachment, and the frustration disappears, thus your clarity will increase and you see a way out.

    Think about this
